At the August 2006 Homeowner's Association (HOA) Meeting, Caroline Noble asked about the Schieveling Plantation garage sales.  Heretofore, they have been held once a year, in the Spring.  Since the Board can determine the number of garage sales, it approved one for this Fall.  It was held on October 14, 2006.

Caroline carried the ball, organizing, publicizing, and ensuring things happened.  Six families participated in the first Fall garage sale.  Thanks to Caroline for her initiative.
