Spinach Balls - Caroline Fossi

2 packages frozen, chopped spinach,
cooked & drained well
4 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 small onion, chopped
Mix all ingredients and chill two
hours. Shape into balls (about the size of a golf ball), and bake at 350
degrees for 20 minutes. Best served warm.
