Schieveling Plantation is fortunate
to have extensive amenities for a community its size. The clubhouse
and pool provide a venue for community gatherings, meetings, parties, and
just plain fun. Our governing
documents reserve community assets for the exclusive use of our Lot
Owners and their guests. Lot Owners may rent the clubhouse (the pool
cannot be rented for exclusive use) for various activities. The Lot
Owner(s) must participate in and be present for the activities.
Rental information:
- If you are interested in renting the
clubhouse for a function, please contact

darlene.moomau@comcast.net] to check availability and/or you
can also check the appropriate Calendar found on this Website's Home Page.
- To confirm the rental, you will need to submit
one check made out to Schieveling
Plantation HOA - $150.00 for the rental; $175.00 for the security deposit; $150.00
for the cleanup fee. The reservation itself must be made at least
two weeks in advance of the function.
