Schieveling Plantation Bridge Club
Ann Crigler (769-2350;
SCLady48@aol.com) is interested in
starting a Schieveling Plantation Bridge Club.
More for fun than serious. Men and
women in the neighborhood might be interested in getting together to play
bridge perhaps once a month with at least one table of four but preferably
eight if we have enough interest. It would take a few hours in the
evening with light refreshments provided by the hostess, alcoholic or
non-alcoholic beverages, with the preference being given to the hostess.
Please contact Ann if you are interested.
YOGA Club
What
do you need to take Yoga?
*comfortable clothes
*no shoes
*yoga mat (if
you don't have one, our Yoga instructor has a few or you can purchase
one from TJMaxx or Target.)
Yoga
is a system or set of breathing exercises and postures derived from or
based on a Hindu tradition. Yoga has many benefits like flexibility,
strength, muscle tone, better breathing and it is also said that Yoga
can give you mental calmness, stress reduction and body awareness. WHO
DOESN'T NEED ALL THAT! And, the Yoga instructor has assured me that
this class is designed for ALL AGES - and that it will be a GREAT work
out!
